Google Chromebooks
Funded to Korey Bengsch, Blake Bogenhage, Vicki Neumann, and Troy Risse; Lomira Middle School
The climate in schools today is ever changing. We are continuing to explore and find new and innovative ways to teach our tech-savvy students who will someday make a great impact on the world. One of the more influential ways to get through to our students is with the use of technology. Chromebooks are an interactive and flexible technology that will aid educators in providing classroom information, gathering assessment data, and giving students and avenue to work collaboratively.

iPad Minis
Funded to Linda Baumann, St. John's Lutheran School
A set of iPad minis and accessories were funded through this project in order to further differentiate instruction for students. IPads will be used to give each student an opportunity to practice their spelling words using the Super Kids app. First and second grade students will use the app Educreations to demonstrate their mastery of mathematical concepts by recording their work and voice as they explain how they work through math problems.

Mobile Computer Lab
Funded to kindergarten through fifth grade staff at Lomira Elementary School
In today's ever changing educational landscape, schools are in need of more ways to get students connected through techology. Single computer labs are overcrowded. They are also locked-in as far as location and use of school infrastructure. One way to alleviate this is through the use of a mobile laptop lab in order to reach the maximum number of students possible. Additionally, we would be using our current wireless resoruces. Moreover, students have greater and greater expectations placed upon them as far as what is expected for them to be technologically competent. A mobile laptop lab is an appropriate way to achieve this end and will aid educators in attaining this goal.
